Following previous performances that left audiences captivated, Sanders returns to take on Bogosian’s vivid gallery of characters and voices in a performance that is at once darkly comic, thought-provoking, and deeply human. Through a series of compelling portraits, Pounding Nails in the Floor with My Forehead explores the frustrations, ambitions, contradictions, and hidden lives that exist beneath the surface of everyday society. Known for his commanding stage presence and ability to bring emotional depth and authenticity to complex material, Sanders will once again guide audiences through Bogosian’s world of biting social observation and unforgettable storytelling.
